Off Season Rates; $395
Five night minimum stay.

$50 for each additional guest
Monthly special $10,000 off season $13,000 high season
Summer Rates; (June 15 to August 30), $495 a night Winter Rates; (January 3 to March 30), $495 a night
plus 13.41% Tax, with a $300 cleaning fee, optional $200 cleaning for jacuzzi
Christmas weeks (Dec. 18 - Jan. 2) - $795 a night, 2 week minimum. P

Ask for off season of just booking half the house.

Payment 60 days prior to arrival unless booked on shorter notice.
$500 deposit sent in US Postal money order to reserve your booking which is fully refundable after inspection
Rent, tax and cleaning fee to be in the form of a cashier check.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel anytime before 60 days of arrival and your deposit will be returned, less $100. After the 60 days, a refund, less deposit, will be given only if your dates can be re booked.

(2) The Exact travel dates (check-in 3-5pm and check-out is 11am, these times can be adjustable) Please call first to see if your dates are available: Ask for Deanna (808) 769-0007.
(3) Number of people in your party with names and ages.
(4) Any special needs? Special event?
To secure your booking
(1) Send a US postal money order for $500. Please Overnight Express to insure your deposit. Made payable to:

(2) Send Final Payment 60 days before you arrive, balance to be paid in a cashier check .
