Coconutty Ono 1 pound of ono or mahi-mahi, cut in 4 pieces. ¾ cup of coconut milk
1 T. natural peanut butter Dash hot sauce Salt and pepper to taste 1 banana, diced 8-oz. crushed pineapple with juice ¼ cup coconut flake ½ crushed macadamia nuts Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place
fish in shallow baking dish. In a small bowl, microwave coconut milk and peanut butter. Then add hot sauce, salt and pepper, banana, and pineapple. Stir. Pour over fish. Top with coconut. Bake 15-20 minutes. Brown under
broiler if desired. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve with rice. Serves 4 Salad Fry crushed macadamia nuts in
macadamia oil. Sprinkle on greens . Add dressing Breakfast Waffles (buy frozen or make)
